We'll send you a return material authorization (RMA) along with a return shipping label to get the product back to us.
Pack the product in its original packaging. include all items (including hardware and installation instructions) and note any missing parts.
Once the product is received, we'll issue your refund or ship the new item.
(This does not apply to special order items. Special order items are non-returnable.)
We’re making it even easier for you with free returns. You can return all or part of your purchase for free within 30 days.
Some exclusions apply, see below for details on freight returns and items that are not eligible for return.
Note that:
Non-defective items that have not been installed should be returned in new condition.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers are good for 30-days from the date of issue.
Returns are not accepted for special order items unless we are at fault.
Freight orders are not eligible for returns unless Rugged Ridge was at fault. All regular freight returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20 percent of the purchase price.
If you are returning or exchanging an item that shipped freight for any of the reasons listed below, you will not be subject to return shipping costs or fees.
You placed an order over the phone and we sent you the wrong item.
The product you received has a manufacturer's defect.
The manufacturer sent you a product different from the one you ordered.
Remember to inspect freight orders upon delivery, and do not accept delivery if the item is damaged or not what you ordered. Refuse the order and call us right away at 855-466-1985.

Custom-made and custom-painted products, unless Rugged Ridge is at fault. Rugged Ridge will cover all costs associated with the return of custom-made products if:
You placed an order over the phone and we sent you the wrong item.
The product you received has a manufacturer's defect.
The manufacturer sent you a product different to the one you ordered.
Items with visible wear and tear
Items that have been installed, modified, drilled, or cut.
Items outside of the manufacturer's warranty
Gift cards.
Items with the "non-returnable" logo.
We handle hundreds of thousands of items, and sometimes things go wrong. If an item arrives to you defective, let us know and we'll make it right.
Items ship out all the time, and sometimes accidents happen. Though rare, sometimes items can arrive to you with damaged packaging. Let us know right away if this occurs so that we can make it right.
Incorrect orders happen, we understand. If you receive an incorrect order or if we guaranteed fitment over the phone or chat and the product does not fit your Jeep or truck, give us a call. Sometimes it's a simple fix, and if not we'll get the return process started. Either way, we'll make it right.
Processing time differs from order to order, but shipping is always on us. If your package tracking information says delivered but you haven't received it yet, let us know. We'll get in touch with the shipper and track it down. If we can't find it, we'll ship a new product and handle the claim. First, double check the package isn't hidden or with a neighbor or roommate for safe keeping, If it's still lost, let us know so we can file a claim. We'll process your replacement and handle the details so you can rest easy.

Warranty Information If you purchased directly through us and have received your order within the last 30 days, please visit our "contact us" page to submit your warranty request. If you purchased from a different retailer within the last 30 days, you would need to contact the seller directly for them to assist.
