We warrant to the original purchaser, that all products will be free of structural, manufacturing and material defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Proof of purchase (Dated invoice or bill of sale) with the purchaser's name, will be evidence of proof of ownership. This warranty is valid only for the benefit of original purchaser.

We warrant the factory chrome finish for a period of 1 year from date of purchase to the original owner. This warranty covers only peeling and chrome separation from the wheel. All wheels should be kept clean and free of brake dust, road salts, deicing chemicals, rust and any foreign matter that may deteriorate the chrome finish. Curb damage, rock damage, pitting due to improper care is not covered under warranty.

Our sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be to replace, at our discretion, without charge, any wheel which is returned (Freight prepaid) to the dealer from whom the wheels was originally purchased. Upon inspection, if said wheel shows that it failed in normal use and service, due to defects in material and or workmanship, said wheel will be replaced at no charge. We are not liable for mounting, balancing or installation. Warranty does not cover road hazards such as pothole accidents, impacts etc. There is no warranty on the chrome due to neglect and damage from cleaners.

This is a limited warranty, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the only warranty, expressed or implied, given by us is the warranty specifically set forth herein. There is no other warranty of merchantability or warrant fitness for a popular purpose and no expressed or implied warranty. We neither assume nor authorizes any dealer, representative, person or entity to assume for it an obligation or liability in connection with our products, uses or applications. We further reserve the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligations to replace or change products manufactured prior here to. Any warranty is limited to (1) year on chrome and lifetime structural from the date of purchase to the original owner.

We will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delay, failure or any consequence damage regardless of cause.
We will not be liable or responsible for transportation, labor or any other charges incur in the replacement of a defective part. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from State to state.

The warranty is void if:

1. The product is damaged in transit, misuse, accident, negligence, or has been altered or repaired by anyone other than us.
2. The product has changes, repairs or modification made by anyone other than us.
3. The product is misused in conjunction with adapters, hardware etc. other than those supplied by us.
4. Products that have been subject to corrosion of the finish brought on by neglect, caustic chemicals, harsh car washes, road salts, deicing agents, brake dust and or improper care.
5. An original sales receipt for verification showing date purchased and original owner's name, if not produced.
6. Warranty is not transferable.

To obtain warranty service, contact the location where the product was originally purchased. All warranty returns reviewed by our quality control department and found not to be defective or covered under the warranty will be returned without repair or replacement to the sender at his or her expense.
